Jonathan Godoy is a photographer based in Los Angeles, California. He earned his bachelor of science degree in sociology from the University of California, Riverside and is in the process of applying to dental school.
Fascinated with technology, equality, human-rights, and sociological research, Jonathan has worked within various projects tackling health-disparities, rising college tuition, and philanthropic initiatives involving emancipated foster youth.
His current project, hundredancers, is an ongoing dance project which intersects the lines of dance, photography, film, and story telling. The goal of the project is to capture one hundred dancers on camera through the process of improvisation. hundredancers is a project dedicated to learning the craft of being a photographer, while displaying the important work of up-and-coming dance artists.
He is currently the director of technology for FICS America, a non-profit organization committed to solving the problem of rising college tuition.
